He's boyishly hot and a hot boy, and best of all, he’s been fully legal since 2014. This is an important factoid, since the adorable Joel Courtney has been acting since the age of 14. Growing up in Moscow, Idaho, Joel took a trip to Los Angeles to visit his brother, and possibly make a hundred bucks in a commercial or two. Hollywood had other ideas, though, and after 11 callbacks, he earned his first official acting role, playing Joe Lamb in the J.J. Abrams written and directed feature film Super 8 (2011). A series of films followed, then a regular gig playing Peter Moore in the TV series The Messengers in 2015. Even though he was already 21 years old, Joel made it onto the radar of every teenager in America when he was cast as Cole Reede in the movie F*&% the Prom (2017), an underdog who gets the girl. He cemented his popularity when he was cast as Lee Flynn in The Kissing Booth (2018), Netflix’s most-watched movie in history, and the place where you can ogle Joel in a wet pair of board shorts and no shirt. The six-foot hottie repeats the action in the two follow-up sequels, The Kissing Booth 2 (2020) and The Kissing Booth 3 (2021), including getting physical in a beach volleyball scene (a bit tamer than Top Gun, but no less spectacular). More? Always! For a peek at Joel’s bare behind, check out his role as Zach Henderson in the movie Assimilate—it’s just as cute as the rest of him!
