When you see Jonny Harris’ face you won’t be surprised that he’s made a living as a comedian—not because it’s a funny face, but because it’s an extremely expressive one, and he can make you laugh without even talking. It’s a very handsome face, as well, and it’s not shocking that, outside of his standup career, he’s been a regular appearance on Canadian TV screens for years now. He played Brett Babcock on Republic of Doyle and Tommy Nordett on The Listener, and acted in feature films like Growing Up Movie Star (2009) and Moving Day (2012). He is, by far, however, best known for his role as Constable George Crabtree in the Murdoch Mysteries series and its various offshoots. The show’s had well over 100 episodes but our favorite is the fifth episode of the sixth season, in which Jonny ends up at a nudist colony and strips down in order to fit in. We don’t get to see too much of him, but we like what we do see: his hot shirtless body while handles his (fishing) rod and talks to a woman for a while. Consider this mystery solved: Jonny Harris is both hilarious and hot!
