He got a job working as a mechanic but always dreamed of making movies so he saved his money and focused all his effort on becoming an actor. He has since gone on to be a giant in Spanish cinema helping establish the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences of Spain, appearing in many plays, and over 150 movies and TV shows then being awarded Spain’s highest honor, the Luis Bunuel Prize at the age of 80.
