Despite being cheeky and occasionally listing his profession as “assistant to the regional manager” on Instagram, blue-eyed actor Lucas Bravo spends his time in front of the camera and not in a cubicle. The bright-eyed, brunette Frenchman has been acting in Paris since 2013, beginning his career in the short film Subtitles, followed by the role of Jeff in the French TV series Sous le soleil de Saint-Reopez. From there, he made the rounds of several TV shows and the mini-series T.O.C. (2015), as well as a slew of short films. Born and raised in Nice, France, Lucas is the son of famous pro soccer players Daniel Bravo, and singer Eva Bravo. With his stunning good looks, it’s no surprise Lucas is also a model, and was cast in a Chanel ad in 2017. For his first American project, he was tapped by Sex and the City creator Darren Star to be the French love interest for Lily Collins in the Netflix series Emily in Paris. Premiering in 2020 as a pandemic fucked with the world, the light-hearted show and dazzling Parisian scenery (Lucas included) captivated hearts and turned the handsome guy playing Gabriel into an overnight heartthrob. It didn’t hurt that Lucas looks good when he sheds his shirt for a romantic moment with Emily, lounging in bed afterward with crumpled sheets revealing everything above the waist. Hollywood took notice, and cast him in the movie Ticket to Paradise (2022), co-starring Julia Roberts, George Clooney, and Kaitlyn Dever, and written and directed by Ol Parker, who was also responsible for The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel and Mamma Mia!
