Each of these series has its schtick, and in Orlando Bloom: To The Edge, Bloom pushes himself to the edge to learn about his true physical and spiritual potential. How does one do such a thing? By taking on three extreme sports - wingsuiting, free diving, and rock climbing. Naturally to do such vigorous activities, one needs to be in tip-top shape.
