While Aussie Philip Quast has a pretty impressive film and TV resume, he is most well-known in his native Australia for his stage work, three times winning the Laurence Olivier Theatre Award for Best Actor. Mr. Quast grew up a long way from the bright lights of the Sydney Playhouse stage on a turkey farm in New South Wales. After high school, Philip followed his dream by attending the National Institute of Dramatic Art which helped launch his stage career. His rich baritone voice has won him raves with critics and audiences alike especially for his award-winning work in Les Miserables. In an episode of Picnic at Hanging Rock, Philip puts every inch of that award-winning body on display. In the scene Philip is dead and laying face down on the floor completely naked.
