The Crawler in the Attic (2016)

What starts as a seemingly simple assignment for a private detective turns into a deadly game in The Crawler in the Attic (2016). When a young woman hires a private investigator to look into allegations that her fiancé might be cheating, a private investigator assumes it will be a pretty straight forward case. The family of the woman who hired him owns a large hospital and she thinks her fiancé is cheating with a med student working there. As he begins to investigate he learns there is something much more sinister going on at this hospital than some infidelity.

Yasushi Fuchikami will have your hands investigating your naughty region when we see his nice upper body and bare ass as he hooks up with a woman in bed.
