The Great Beauty (2013)

In the Italian drama The Great Beauty (2013), jaded journalist Jep Gambardella (Toni Servillo) has charmed his way through Italy’s literary and social circles for decades. In the days following the snobbish writer’s sixty-fifth birthday, Jep begins to contemplate his life spent at nightclubs and parties, mainly focusing on his many lost opportunities both personal and professional. As Jeb strolls through the beautiful streets of Rome, he begins to see the futility and emptiness of life. Lucky for us, The Great Beauty lives up to its promising title. The existentialist film brings us Luca Marinelli in all of his full frontal glory. Sure he's covered in red paint but there's no hiding the fact that he is uncircumcised. When in Rome, you've got to show bone!
