Netflix loves a good post-apocalyptic story, but none of the other ones are as spooky as The Rain. A Danish TV series that lasted for three seasons starting in 2018, there wasn't a dry eye or dry set of panties in sight when this one was at its best. Six-years after a mysterious rain carrying a deadly virus wipes out a significant chunk of the Danish population, a group of siblings in hiding emerge unharmed. Simone (Alba August) and her brother Rasmus (Lucas Lynggaard Tonnesen) were stuck in an underground bomb shelter as kids by their scientist father (Lars Simonsen). Dad somehow knew about the killer rain ahead of time and pulled his kids out of school to stick them in the bunker, leaving behind no clues about where he was headed or what was going on other than a cryptic message to Simone that her brother was "the key" to everything. The kids wait for dad to come back for six years before running out of food. With no other option, the duo come out of hiding and go looking for him. As you can guess, life above the surface is a nightmarish hellscape of all the typical post-apocalyptic psychopaths which our sheltered siblings aren't prepared to deal with. If Mr. Man had to share a bunk with a sexy hunk, he'd choose the Scandinavian cutie Sonny Lindberg. We'd hide out from the rainy days with Sonny's nerdy hot glasses and his sunny disposition! But really, it's all about his ass, which he shows after dropping his towel when a woman scares him in the bathroom. Then, Lukas Løkken goes buns out in front of a group of other naked people during a crazy group shower scene. Meanwhile, Lucas Lynggaard Tonnesen lies down in just a tiny pair of boxer briefs, which lets us see his slightly covered keister and an incredible bulge. Throw in some topless cuddling with Mikkel Boe Folsgaard, and Hallelujah, it's The Rain-ing men!
