The Sex of the Angels (2012)

The same can be said for The Sex of the Angels (2012), also known as El Sexo de los Ángeles. Not to be confused with the American sitcom The Sex Lives of College Girls (2021-2022), this skinternational flick stars Astrid Bergès-Frisbey, Álvaro Cervantes and Llorenç González. Thanks to Ana Maroto’s saucy screenplay and Xavier Villaverde’s direction, the romantic drama follows a college student named Carla (Bergès-Frisbey), whose life is turned upside down when her boyfriend Bruno (González) falls for a karate instructor called Rai (Cervantes). We suggest she go with the flow, and not just because that way we get to see bi-curious Bruno making out with Rai in the shower. There’s also the inevitable ménage à trois — or, as the Spainards say, “grupo de tres.” The sexy act showcases the dudes in the nude! As you can guess, these erotic angels make Mr. Man a horny devil!
