Timothy Daly is a New York-born-and-bred actor who carries his city edge with him, even when playing the sweetest of parts. While studying at Bennington College in Vermont, the sexy student followed in the footsteps of his big sister Tyne Daly, going from stage to TV. After nabbing a guest spot on the crime series Hill Street Blues (1981), the brunette ingenue made his movie debut alongside Mickey Rourke, Ellen Barkin, and Kevin Bacon in the retro-set dramedy Diner (1982). More than a decade later, Tim exposed his sense of humor (among other things) in the humorous horror flick Dr. Jekyll and Ms. Hyde (1995). The PG-13 movie makes the most of this leading man’s chiseled chest. Nothing scary about that! In addition to the erotic thriller Caroline at Midnight (1994), Mr. Daly could be seen in big screen rom-coms (The Object of My Affection, Seven Girlfriends, Year of the Comet) and heard in animated movies (Superman: Brainiac Attacks, Justice League: Doom). But he’s best known for his stints on the small screen. The boob tube babe played Joe Montgomery Hackett on Wings (1990-1997); Dr. Richard Kimble on The Fugitive (2000-2001); Dr. Pete Wilder on Grey’s Anatomy (2007) and Private Practice (2007-2012); Colonel Ulysses S. Thatcher on The Game (2021-present); and, our personal favorite, Henry McCord on Madame Secretary (2014-2019). The CBS drama includes views of the topless hottie’s toned and tanned torso! Timothy is such a dream, fantasizing about him at night won’t suffice. We also need to see Daly daily!
