The British-born Australian actor has got what it takes to take our breath away. With his pouty lips, light eyes, and dirty… blond locks, the young stunner was meant to be on camera. After nabbing an Australian Film Institute Award nomination for his movie debut in Lucky Country (2009), Toby tackled the boob tube via a month-long stint on Neighbours (2012).
