Work It (2020)

Work It (2020) is a Netflix original dance movie that's like She's All That meets Bring It On meets Save the Last Dance. Does that make sense? It will in a minute. A frumpy teenager is an overachiever who dreams of getting into Duke University. She also happens to go to a high school that is famous for its competitive dance troupes, but she has never once considered joining in on that fun until an interview with a Duke recruiter seems excited about her high school's dance troupes. Since the recruiter wasn't impressed by any of her scholastic and extra-curricular efforts, she decided to give the dance troupe a try. The problem? Homegirl cannot dance. This doesn't stop her because she is determined to stand out in her Duke application, so she teams up with another dancer to work on her moves and be considered actual competition. As long as she isn't competition for leading hunk Drew Ray Tanner, then we don't care what she does. All I want to see is Drew shirtless. Luckily, we see exactly that when he works at a mattress store without a shirt. Now that's a great sales tactic. This hunk is selling mattresses while making dreams come true. His abs and come hither stare are so suggestive. He's surrounded by beds! This scene will make you dream about pushing him down on a mattress and having your way with that chiseled six-pack.
