Workin' Moms (2017-2021)

Workin' Moms is a Canadian series about, well, working moms, written by (and starring) Catherine Reitman. And seeing how the show ran for seven seasons starting in 2017, it sure looks like it kept a lot of moms, dad, and single people employed for quite a while. The premise may be simple - four moms part of the same mommy group, balancing work and trying to get their kids into an elite preschool - but it comes with some heavy material. Crafted by an all-female writing room with presumably a few working mothers in it, the show was far from a typical sitcom about when mom life and the working world collide. For example, realtor Frankie (Juno Rinaldi) is struggling with post-partum depression, Anne (Dani Kind) gets knocked up out of nowhere and is in no financial shape to add another baby to the mix, and Jenny (Jessalyn Wanlim) is a sort of new-age mom who starts to resent how much her kid prefers spending time with her stay-at-home husband (Dennis Andres) instead of her. But the focus of the show is Kate (Catherine Reitman), the PR Executive who severely underestimated how tough it would be to balance her job and her kid. Interestingly enough, Catherine's real-life husband Philip Sternberg plays her on-screen husband who goes totally shirtless while the two get side-by-side massages. But what had Mr. Man begging to do some dirty jobs for these working men, was when Philip showed his butt while he put the work in while in bed with Catherine. Oh baby, did that parental sex look like fun! Dennis Andres does his best to make a woman a new mom, when he gets permission to do whatever he wants to a woman in a public bathroom and does all sorts of dirty stuff with her in a stall. After seeing his ass, we'd be happy to call him daddy! Workin' Moms had us jerkin to those hot dads!
