Amnesiac (2015)

Amnesiac (2015) never necessarily comes together with a cohesive plot, but hey—points for trying, and double points for an absolutely stunning cast. The action starts with a very nervous looking Kate Bosworth and Wes Bentely furtively glancing behind them, where a little girl who appears to be their daughter sits. There's a sudden accident, and when Wes's character, who is never named, wakes up, he has no idea who or where he is. A now very creepy Kate is taking care of him and listing strange random facts. She claims she's his wife, but he's pretty skeptical, which only gets worse when he finds a body in the basement and Kate starts weiling an electric saw. Something is obviously wrong here—why is there no furniture? Why is Kate crazy? Where did the little girl go? We're perplexed.

At least we have Wes Bentley to look at while he's tended upon by Kate Bosworth, showing off his hairy chest in the bathtub and then again when the two lounge around in bed. She may be nutso, but we can see why she's holding him hostage.
