Sir Chiwetel Ejiofor is bulging with accolades! The ebony Englishman earned a BAFTA, Golden Globe, Laurence Olivier Award, and NAACP Image Award, to name a few. While training at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, Steven Spielberg cast the then-19-year-old in his historical drama Amistad (1997). Not a bad way to enter show biz!
