Crescent City (2024)

Don't let the film's title fool you, Crescent City (2024) is not set in New Orleans, but rather Little Rock, Arkansas, where a serial killer is not only on the loose, they're ramping up their killings! Local detectives Brian (Terrence Howard) and Luke (Esai Morales) are cold on the killer's trail and their boss Captain Howell (Alec Baldwin) wants results and intends to get them by bringing in Waters (Nicky Whelan), an Australian cop from Tulsa, to aid in the investigation. With suspect after suspect proving a dead end, our out-of-towner begins to suspect that the killer may be someone working in the police department! If you're looking for some tangible clues, you might want to give Terrence Howard's bare chest a thorough inspection as he lays in bed after sex with Whelan!
