Crew Girl (2026)

Netflix’s Crew Girl takes the familiar world of YA drama and gives it the surprisingly sporty backdrop of competitive rowing. Move over hockey! Miku Martineau stars as Teagan Tao, a talented teen single sculler whose carefully planned future comes crashing down after her wealthy father is accused of financial crimes. Teagan and her mother Ella (Jessica Paré) retreat from California to the small Massachusetts town of Eagle’s Cove, where Teagan enrolls at the ultra-elite Easton Prep. There’s just one problem for the aspiring rower: The recently coed school doesn’t have a girls’ crew team. Her solution is to become coxswain of the dysfunctional boys’ varsity boat.

That puts Teagan directly between two very different rowers. Samuel Braun plays Josh Regis, Easton’s privileged, arrogant team captain, while Kyle Clark plays Cam Dillinger, a hardworking scholarship student from a local blue-collar family. Before long, competition for the coveted stroke seat becomes mixed up with the inevitable love triangle. Speaking of the stroke seat (you knew we had to!), both Dillinger and Braun have got it going on, and they find some sexy opportunities to showcase all of their hard work at the gym, including a shower scene in which Dillinger gets clean with the boys. This crew will make you spew!
