Don't Worry, He Won't Get Far on Foot (2018) stars Joaquin Phoenix as a man who struggled with alcoholism and now has to get sober after an accident that paralyzes him. Just because he's paralyzed doesn't mean he can't get busy! He's shirtless in a scene where he eats out his very pleased partner. We also see his shapely ass when he is getting a sponge bath as he sits nude in a chair. We'd definitely volunteer for that job!
