In the late ‘90s, Eric McCormack easily became America’s favorite gay, thanks to his titular role on the blockbuster NBC sitcom Will & Grace (he was the Will part of the equation, from 1998-2006, then again from 2017-2020). The Canadian actor won a primetime Emmy for his part, and was nominated for three others, not to mention six Golden Globe noms, plus a SAG award and four more nominations. But long before Eric was playing gay, he was earning his acting credibility with guest spots on TV shows like Street Legal, Street Justice, The Commish, and The Outer Limits. All of the pop-ups eventually landed him the role of Colonel Francis Clay Mosby on Lonesome Dove: The Series in 1994-1995, and Lonesome Dove: The Outlaw Years in 1995-1996. He also appeared as Scott in Townies, starring the perfect trifecta of Molly Ringwald, Lauren Graham, and Jenna Elfman. Life after Will & Grace, part one, led Eric to appear in various movies like My One and Only (2009) and Knife Fight (2012). He also landed more regular gig on the little screen, starring as Mason McGuire in Trust Me in 2009, Dr. Max Kershaw in The New Adventures of Old Christine from 2009-2010, Daniel Pierce in Perception from 2012-2015, and Grant MacLaren in Travelers from 2016-2018. The dark-haired hunk showed off his toned and taut figure during a 2015 episode of The Mysteries of Laura, Debra Messing’s post Will & Grace series (she was the Grace). Debra’s character busts in on Eric’s character in the bathroom, and he emerges in a pair of tight boxer briefs. Looking very good.
