The indie drama First Winter (2012) is what some might refer to as a "hipster movie." It concerns a group of city dwellers from Brooklyn who find themselves stranded in a remote farmhouse during a blizzard. What starts out as a bacchanalia of sex, drugs, and yoga quickly turns nasty when their resources become depleted, and battle lines begin to be drawn.
