Five Dances (2013) is one part coming-of-age, one part coming out, and one part love story, all expressed through the medium of dance. Director Alan Brown showcases the raw power of movement and the human body in this flick with the help of Ryan Steele (Chip Daniel) and Reed Luplau (Theo).

The pair make one incredible dance duo, creating a tension and dynamic that carry the movie's main message brilliantly. And while the tender, moving moments that occur in the Soho dance studio wouldn't be the same without the stellar choreography, Steele and Luplau's hard but elegant bodies take the center stage. When romance blossoms between the two, we see a whole different kind of movement—with just as much impact.
