Goran Višnjić might be the pride of Croatia, but he is extremely well known in the United States thanks to his role as Dr. Luka Kovac on the hit medical drama ER. Makes sense, when we want a tall, dark and shredded dude, Goran is just what the doctor ordered! Originally from Yugoslavia, Goran made his film debut when he played a terrorist in the 1988 drama Braca po materi, then took a long break from acting thanks to his mandatory military service. Eventually, the onetime paratrooper left the military and moved to the big Croatian city, Zagreb, to study at the Academy of Dramatic Art. After Welcome to Sarajevo (1997), Goran suddenly found himself a welcome addition to all sorts of Western movies, like when he played the "Russian Outfit" gangster Maurice in Rounders (1998) and the abusive boyfriend Jimmy Angelov in Practical Magic (1998). Then in 1999, the practically enchanting hunk landed the role on ER and became a full blown s-t-a-r! We wanted to kiss Goran after seeing his tight abs in the miniseries 2004 miniseries Spartacus. Goran starred on the small screen in ABC's short lived airline series Pan Am, and joined Daniel Craig as Armansky in The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (2011). Goran got stripped and tortured, but looked pretty hot in the process in K-11 (2012), then did the deed on the Halle Berry led small screen sci-fi thriller about an astronaut returning back to earth Extant. Unfortunately, back muscles in the shower was the extent of the sexiness we got to see in that one. Goran was the villainous NSA Operative Garcia Flynn on Timeless, the zombie hunting colonel Mr. Poplovic on Santa Clarita Diet, and Dr. Colin Brooks on Dollface, which let us see he still had a great body and face!
