Yet Grant is best known to fans as Jake Hanson from Melrose Place (1992-1997), Beverly Hills, 90210 (1992) and Saturday Night Live (1995). Since then, he and his bulging briefs could be seen alongside Mariana Klaveno on the mystery series Devious Maids (2013-2016). If that’s not hot enough, the hottie also touts his chiseled chest!
