I Smile Back (2015) is about a suburban wife who, spurred by a feeling of isolation and the monotony of her lifestyle, engages in reckless behavior such as drug use and hook ups with random men. With great kids, an adoring husband, the ideal suburban house, and even the must-have mom SUV, it would appear from the outside that Laney Brooks (Sarah Silverman) has everything.
