You kinda just knew that the son of Bobby Cannavale and Jenny Lumet—director Sidney's daughter and Lena Horne's granddaughter—was destined to become an actor. And that's exactly what Manhattan native Jake Cannavale has done! After making his screen debut in John Turturro's Romance and Cigarettes (2005) when he was only ten, Jake landed his first recurring role seven years later in the fourth season of the Showtime series Nurse Jackie. Since then, Jake has landed some major roles on shows like The Mandalorian, The Offer, and 2024's American Sports Story: Aaron Hernandez, where he shared a steamy gay kiss with the title character, played by Josh Rivera! Hopefully Jake will do that again soon, just with fewer clothes on!
