Hailing from Lincolnshire, England, Kevin Doyle is a British actor who seems to enjoy acting in very British projects, and he has hardly ever slowed down his work over the entire course of his thirty year career. He appeared in TV movies and series a good deal while still quite young, showing up in Keep on Running (1984) and Sharing Time. He has continued working extensively in TV since then, although his parts have only become larger and more regular, with recurring roles on At Home with the Braithwaites, Blackpool, Drop Dead Gorgeous, The Bill, Scott & Bailey, The Crimson Field, A.D. The Bible Continues, and Downton Abbey, among so many others. The 2016 mini series Happy Valley gave us the first real look at what he’s got going on underneath his clothes, however, with a scene in which he wakes up completely naked in bed and shows off his magnificent buns in the process.
