Midaq Alley (1995)

Midaq Alley (1995) takes place in El Callejon de los Milagros in downtown Mexico City. Don Ru played by Ernesto Gomez Cruz, a man in his 50s, is tired of his marriage and discovers that he might be attracted to a young man played by Esteban Soberanes. These two are seen playing around together in a shower where both men are fully nude and touching each other. They are having the time of their lives when Luis Felipe Tovar enters and sadly beats up Esteban which sucks considering we were just getting to see his full frontal nudity. Luis later gets down to his underwear as a woman nurses his wounds. The way to rectify our wounds? Take off your underwear!
