No one ever believes it when we say "no, really, Jennifer Lopez was great in Out of Sight", a prejudice that's unlikely to be disproven by Parker (2013). Based on the series of novels by Donald E. Westlake (aka Richard Stark), Parker stars Jason Statham as the titular thief and J-Lo as an enigmatic divorcee Parker teams up with after being double-crossed by his crime colleagues. Neither part requires a lot of dramatic range, but Statham does parade around in his boxers and flash just the briefest glimpse of butt in a hospital gown. If only Parker went starkers...
