The Mentor (2014)

Inspired by a true story, the Lifetime Network movie The Mentor (2014) follows happily married couple Brian (Nic Bishop) and Elizabeth (Jes Macallan) as they go on vacation with their two daughters: Pippa (Maggie Scott) and Meghan (Abigail Scott). The happy family’s life takes a turn for the worse when they get into a tragic car accident that claims the live of eight-year-old Pippa. While the family tries to move on from Pippa’s death, the stress and sadness become too much, causing the once happy couple to separate. To make ends meet and to try and take her mind off her daughter’s death, Elizabeth starts a career as a teacher. Since she's not all that experienced, Elizabeth is assigned a mentor named Paul (Aaron Douglas), who himself has a mysterious past she knows nothing about. He's a kind of weird, chubby dude while she's a sexy blonde who is nicer to him than most other folks. Surprise, surprise, Paul develops a massive crush on Elizabeth that leads to some unsettling realizations about him. There's even a scene where Paul gets caught sniffing her chair right after she leaves the room. Gross! From there, it's a matter of time before his obsession turns violent. Since this is a basic cable flick, there’s not much skin to indulge in but we do get a great look at Elizabeth's tennis instructor husband showing off his athletic body. Paul is creeping and peeping while Elizabeth and her hubby start getting it on. Taking it off, Nic Bishop shucks his shirt to show off his amazing physique while making out with his lady friend. Wow! Even through the blinds we can see that's a great body! Still, that's it? We wanted way more hot men in The Mentor!
