A dramatic series from Mexico about young boxer whose promising life is upended when he’s arrested before a big fight and deported as an undocumented visitor despite the fact that he grew up in the United States and speaks no Spanish. While unsure of his origins and having consistent nightmares about the Mexican border, Leonel (Ricardo Abarca) insists he is an American citizen. He journeys to Mexico City and the truth about his origins and the separation from his biological family is slowly revealed, as he learns to adapt to Mexican culture and discover new love and friendship.
