Rosy-cheeked Ricky Mabe proudly made his acting debut alongside Burt Reynolds and a young Ryan Gosling in the family comedy Frankenstein and Me (1997). Suddenly, the Canadian-born cutie's career was alive. It was alive! A Quebecois from Pointe-Claire who is really good friends with Jay Baruchel, Ricky moved on to star in the Goosebumps episode "How to Kill a Monster," had a long run as Murph on Lassie, kept it kid friendly levels of creepy as Zach in the classic Are You Afraid of the Dark? episode "The Tale of Jake the Snake", and was very memorable as theater worker Ricky Leary in the Disney Channel original movie Phantom of the Megaplex (2000). Already a successful child actor, as Ricky got older he maintained a steady schedule, working on many small budget films. You might remember him as the sensitive artist Gideon Lustig on Freeform's Beautiful People or as Bryce on Blue Mountain State. But Ricky made a visible splash on the big screen as Barry, an amateur porn actor getting pegged by a bubble gum chewing babe in the hilarious comedy Zack and Miri Make a Porno (2008). Wow, what a change from running through a field of wheat with Lassie! The innocent looking blonde continued to capture the eye of Hollywood, working his way through a plethora of roles like John Stevenson in the hockey comedy Goon (2011) and a cannibal in This Is the End (2013). We loved him as Ricky in the absurd David Krumholtz in a fat suit and drag comedy Gigi Does It. At one point, we watch as he lets the fake old woman stare at his shirtless body. We all know what Gig wanted to do with Ricky! Mr. Mabe had a long run as Annville Mayor Miles Person on Preacher, but most recently he's been playing Pump on Future Man. In the future, Mr. Man's hoping to get a pumped up peen to a full frontal scene! At least say Ma-be? Here's hoping. After all, Ricky Mabe, what a babe!
