Why do we have dirty thoughts about soap stars? Well, if they’re as sexy as Shemar Moore, then that question is rhetorical. Born in Oakland, the California hunk boasts African-American, Irish and French-Canadian genes — which may explain why we’d love to get into his jeans! While at Santa Clara University on an athletic scholarship, the brainy beauty studied communications and theater arts. Armed with a Bachelor of Arts degree and devastatingly good looks, Shemar strutted his stuff as a model. But even more doors opened for Moore when he was cast as Malcolm Winters on the long-running soap opera The Young and the Restless (1994-2005). The stint paid off with a Daytime Emmy Award in 2000. It also led to a hosting gig on Soul Train (1999-2003) as well as a starring role on the science fiction series Birds of Prey (2002-2003). The boob tube babe also played prime parts on CBS primetime shows: As Derek Morgan on Criminal Minds (2005-2016) and Hondo on S.W.A.T. (2017-present), Shemar showed off his acting chops and naked top! In fact, his awesome abs could also be seen on the big screen via the PG-13 chick flick The Bounce Back (2016). Never one to rest on his laurels, Shemar also voiced the characters Victor Stone/Cyborg in the Justice League (2014-2016, 2020) and Superman (2018-2019) direct-to-video animated movies.
