St. Ives (1998)

If you’re going to be taken prisoner during the Napoleonic Wars, it helps to be a stud similar to Jean-Marc Barr in St. Ives (1998). Barr’s forced vacation in Scotland has him yearning for local youth Anna Friel. He’s also vicariously helping out Anna’s mom Miranda Richardson, who’s sleeping with prison-camp commander Richard E. Grant--and enjoying it more now that Barr is giving Grant some hot tips on how to use his hot tip.

There’s also an escape attempt in the works, of course.

We’d be honored to have French actor, Jean-Marc Barr use our trusty trouser rope (we carry it wherever we go) to make his daring prison escape.  But in a game of “I’ll show you mine if you show me yours”, this movie comes up – particular during a tub scene – a little short.
