Swarm (2023)

Swarm is the latest from the mastermind behind the series Atlanta, Donald Glover. This is a bite-sized Amazon Prime miniseries about an obsessed fan Dre (Dominique Fishback) of a pop singer named Ni’Jah (who shares tons of characteristics with the real-life Beyoncé). Dre isn't just your average obsessed fan, however. She is so devoted to Ni’Jah that she murders those who don't share in her enthusiasm. Swarm is a horrifying but cheeky look at fan culture, with a shocking ending. When Dre does finally meet Ni’Jah, she does the unthinkable - she consumes her. Swarm suggests that fandom might come in the place of healthy relationships, and the viewer might find themself sympathizing with Dre, if only for brief moments. So why are we swarming to this one? Because the (very shredded) Rory Culkin is here to showcase all of his hard work at the gym! He even holds a clear glass bowl of strawberries up to Dre - and they happen to be the only thing between his cock and her. In a very American Pie moment, we can see Rory Culkin's penis pressed against the bowl, but the way that this is shot leads us to believe that a body double was used. Boo, but also, yay for cock!
