The Human Centipede III (2015)

Tom Six's sick and twisted horror franchise that shocked a nation completes a trilogy with The Human Centipede III. This time, the gross action takes places in a notorious and cash strapped prison run by a demented warden (Dieter Laser from the first film). With the state and governor (Eric Roberts) breathing down his neck, sicko Bill Boss stumbles upon the perfect solution to put an end to riots, high medical costs and the overcroweded population: attach 500 inmates from mouth to anus! Inspired by a viewing of the first two films from his assistant Dwight (Laurence R. Harvey, the sick loser from the second film), Warden Boss and Dwight create the world's largest human centipede! 

The film features Laser in a shirtless scene while getting a check up from a doctor. It also has a gory scene with Robert LaSardo's bare butt and a prosetic penis and testicles.
