The Lost Angel (2005)

A slightly off-balance police officer (Alison Eastwood) tries to balance her busy work life with taking care of her teenaged sister. When a killer starts dispatching people in religion based themes, she enlists the help of a pastor to catch the killer.

About an hour into the movie our heroin has a suspect in custody (C. Thomas Howell) and is interrogating him. She forces him to strip and we get to see his killer can as he stands up to pull off his pants. The rest of the scene is shot from the waist up, but he still looks pretty good without a shirt on.  In another scene she takes a break from her crazy life to get a little action. In this love scene, Nicholas Celozzi gets shirtless and gives us a quick side shot. There isn’t a whole lot there, but it is enough to make you aggressively interrogate your dirty zone.
