The Oscars (1953-)

The Academy Awards, colloquially referred to as The Oscars, have been handed out every year since 1929, and have been televised every year since 1953. Every year, Hollywood's best and brightest gather together to honor the best achievements in film from the previous year, and the 2024 Oscars—honoring the best films of 2023—were no exception. While Oppenheimer (2023) and Poor Things (2023) were the big winners of the evening, it was John Cena who stole the show doing a hilarious bit with host Jimmy Kimmel. In what was set-up as a tribute to the 50th anniversary of Robert Opel streaking across the stage behind David Niven, Cena appeared to chicken out and was given the envelope holding the winner of the Best Costume Design Oscar to cover himself. This meant we got to ogle Cena's amazing physique and defined cum gutters on ABC in primetime! What a time to be alive!
