The Program (2015)

The Lance Armstrong scandal rocked the sports world in the early 2000’s. A man hailed for his perseverance through cancer, his athletic ability, and charity work was suddenly found in the middle of doping allegations that threatened his goodwill and future career in competitive cycling. The ubiquitous yellow Livestrong bracelets had lost their luster, and Sheryl Crow was suddenly looking like the more successful of the two. The Program (2015) is about one journalist’s quest to expose Lance for the use of banned substances amid Lance’s increasingly feverous denials. Ben Foster plays Lance, and though the subject matter is seriously, we do get some glimpses of his seriously gorgeous body and even some Ben buns while he takes a shower! Forget about getting with The Program, we’d like to get with Ben!
