Twinless (2025)

Twinless is an indie drama with a pinch of comedy, featuring plenty of hot action leading up to its big twist ending! Dylan O'Brien quickly follows up his nude debut in Ponyboi with way better nudity here, showing his ass during a gay sex scene. It's as good as you think it is! But we're getting ahead of ourselves. Writer, director, and co-star of Twinless, James Sweeney, plays Dennis, and Dylan O'Brien plays Roman - two men who tragically lost their twin brothers, who meet each other at a group for such folks. Even though they are polar opposites, the two men become fast friends, filling the hole in each other that their twins left. Speaking of filling in holes... Dylan and James get naked for a lengthy gay sex scene! Dylan tops James as James rattles off a bunch of questions about his experience as a twin. Plus, we see O'Brien's booty during a straight sex scene, and James unexpectedly sucks his toe after offering him a foot massage in another memorable shot. With this movie, we really are twinning!
