Undertow (2020)

As Iago implored Othello in the Shakespeare play that bears the latter's name, "Beware of jealousy, my lord! It is the green-eyed monster that makes fun of the victims it devours." So it is with Claire (Laura Gordon) the lead character in the Australian thriller Undertow (2020). After suffering a stillbirth, Claire slips into a deep depression befitting the situation she's just been through. However, she becomes disconcerted when her husband Dan (Rob Collins) seems to be ready to move on from the tragedy without taking any time to properly grieve. These suspicions begin to multiply when she sees Dan coming out of the motel room of a younger woman named Angie (Olivia DeJonge), the girlfriend of a footballer named Brett (Josh Helman) the couple recently met. Rather than confront her husband over her suspicions, however, Claire begins stalking Angie in hopes of confirming her worst suspicions about their relationship. Naturally, the further down the rabbit hole she falls, the more the jealousy begins to consume her, and it isn't long before Claire heads down a path from which there may be no redemption! As for the film's redeeming qualities, both of the male leads in the film bare their butts! Josh Helman, who played one of the perpetually shirtless War Boys in Mad Max: Fury Road (2015) shows off his ass while banging Olivia DeJonge in a motel room, while Rob Collins shows off his succulent seat meat in the shower just 12 minutes in! All that bare ass in Undertow is almost guaranteed to suck you under!
