Biography

Tall, blonde, and built, Aaron Eckhart is a recurring star in Mr. Man’s dreamboat dreams. He made his on-screen premier as Dwayne in the TV movie Double Jeopardy (1992), then played Samson in the TV movie documentary Ancient Secrets of the Bible, Part II (1993). He got naked in the shower with Jason Patric in the movie Your Friends and Neighbors (1998), showing off a sturdy chest, and made a Hollywood name for himself as Nick Crozier in the football-filled flick Any Given Sunday (1999) with Al Pacino. Hut-Hut-Hot! (You were thinking it; Mr. Man just wrote it. Now it’s here forever.) He proved himself a total hottie as George in Erin Brockovich (2000) with Julia Roberts, and starred as Josh in The Core (2003) with Hilary Swank. Aaron got accolades for his role as Nick Naylor in Thank You for Smoking (2005), and even more as Harvey Dent in The Dark Knight (2008) (that’s the one with Christina Bale as Batman and Heath Ledger as Joker, if you’re trying to keep track). He went all dramatic and DILFy as Howie in the Oscar-nominated Rabbit Hole (2010) with Nicole Kidman, and was seriously super-hot as Sanderson emerging from the ocean in The Rum Diary(2011), co-starring ill-fated lovers Amber Heard and Johnny Depp (who would Mr. Man even be if he didn’t call out that train wreck?). Aaron has had a lot of impressive acting gigs, and space and time are running low, so here’s a quick shout-out to a few fan faves. Ready? Nick in No Reservations (2007). Benjamin Asher in both Olympus Has Fallen (2013) and London Has Fallen (2016). Gerald Ford in Showtime’s The First Lady series in 2022. Cary in the TV series Pantheon in 2023. Divinely dreamy.
