Barbarians Rising (2016)

Mr. Man’s interest as well as his peen are rising for Barbarians Rising (2016). Not to be confused with the R-rated flicks The Barbarians (1987) and The New Barbarians (1983) or the Netflix drama Barbarians (2020-2022), this docu-series puts the his into history as it follows nine of the greatest warriors ever known to man. Fans of the past will know these beefy brutes are Alaric (Gavin Drea), Arminius (Tom Hopper), Attila (Emil Hostina), Boudica (Kirsty Mitchell), Fritigern (Steven Waddington), Geiseric (Richard Brake), Hannibal (Nicholas Pinnock), Spartacus (Ben Batt), and Viriathus (Jefferson Hall). As the saga relays the rise and fall of the Roman Empire told from the point of view of these rebel dudes, we can appreciate the mens’ skills — and skin! This is especially true in episode 2 when a topless Mr. Hopper talks to the gods while standing around the fire. In other words, Tom is a hottie! Not to be outdone, Mr. Batt dons nothing but a pair of boots and a little loincloth when he is forced to fight a gladiator. As he wrestles with the warrior, you may be wrestling with your zipper since the sexy scene provides plenty of shots of his awesome abs. If that’s not arousing enough, Ben later finds himself shackled to a pole in the pouring rain while still wearing his barely-there coverup. Even though he’s none too pleased by the predicament, we are since he flashes his wet pecs. Needless to say, he makes history (and us) come alive!
