Blood Feast (2017)

Blood Fest (2016) stars Robert Rusler as Fuad Ramses who moves from America to France and struggles to run his family's diner. He takes another job at an ancient history museum where he sees visions of the Egyptian goddess Ishtar. She starts talking to him, doling out deadly commands that he decides to obey. Max Evans is one of the victims of Ishtar's torture. He is tied up and bleeding a scene where he gets tortured even more. In another scene, he is whipped and then his penis is taken out...before being chopped off. Thank god that's a prosthetic!
