Have acting degree with travel. Carlo Marks was born in California but raised mostly in Oregon and the Pacific Northwest. After graduating college in Canada with a degree in acting, he moved to New York, then Vancouver B.C. and finally Los Angeles. Wherever the work was, Carlo was ready to travel.
