Chuck Holmes was a pioneer who helped revolutionize the gay-porn industry by being one of the first entrepreneurs to bring the genre to mainstream audiences back in the 1970's. At the time, there was not a large gay male presence in the media so by starting Falcon Studios, Holmes was able produce and distribute gay material on a commercial level which even helped redefined the gay identity as being more clean cut and preppy. The vast fortunes he made distributing gay porn was philanthropically distributed amongst many gay rights, HIV/AIDS, crisis and outreach programs. Sadly, he died of complications from the AIDS virus in 2000 but his legacy lives on in the documentary Seed Money, (2015) which chronicles Chuck's legendary career...and legendary package.
