Confessions of a Serial Killer (1985), based on real life serial murderer Henry Lee Lucas, beat the groundbreaking Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer (1986) to the punch by a full year. Production designer turned actor Robert A. Burns stars as Daniel Ray Hawkins, a man who has been brought in by police for questioning on a case. When they begin talking to Hawkins, he tells them stories of the people he's murdered over the years, which he claims number well over 200 victims. Like most 80s horror, this one is far more focused on female nudity than male nudity, though we do get a brief look at Paul Wright's bare butt as he starts banging a woman on a couch who is blowing another dude!
