Haunting on Fraternity Row (2018)

Haunting on Fraternity Row (2018) takes place at the titular frat house's annual Winter Luau blowout party before the winter break, an annual tradition that has become the stuff of legend at this school! Unfortunately, this year's party is going to be one for the record books in all the wrong ways! Shortly after the party gets underway, nubile coeds begin turning up dead in the house unexpectedly, leading to suspicion that the frat house may indeed be haunted! Before everything goes sideways, we do get some sexy shirtless shots of leading man Jayson Blair as he nicely bulges out in his boxers after a workout!
