Head On (1998)

Based on Christos Tsiolkas’ novel Loaded, the Australian drama Head On (1998) stars Alex Dimitriades as Ari, a repressed gay teen dwelling in the inner city of Melbourne. Set during a twenty-four period, the sexually confused teen finds himself confronting his sexuality, while dealing with his traditional Greek parents and their close-minded ineptitude. Ari begins his day attending a wedding, where he almost has sex with his best friend Betty (Elena Mandalis), and as night falls, so does his inhibition. Along with his cross-dressing buddy Johnny (Paul Capsis), the two party it up at a gay nightclub, where he meets and hooks up with Sean (Julian Garner). Not only does Dimitriades show his butt during a blowjob-giving scene with a completely nude Garner, he also gives us a look at his semi-erect rod after he jerks himself off. Is that the head the title is referring to?
