Nineteen Eighty-Four is the famous dystopian novel by George Orwell and “1984” is a song by legendary rocker David Bowie. But the actual year is marked by Germany’s Jacob Matschenz since he was born on the first day of 1984! Once the Berlin babe grew up and out, he began acting. With his oval blue-green eyes and mop of strawberry blonde hair topping his etched face, Matschenz was a natural fit for the big and small screens. He started out in Teutonic television with guest spots on various shows (Polizeiruf 110, Tatort) and roles in TV movies (Juls Freundin, Sex Up, Experiment Bootcamp, Sex Up Your Life!). Jacob even won the Adolf Grimme Award for his turn in the boob tube movie An die Grenze (2008). Also that year, the rising star thrilled theater-goers with his performance in the thriller The Wave (2008). Next came the High Seas historical flick 12 Paces Without a Head (2009) but, so far as we know, Jacob didn’t expose his pirate’s booty. In 2010, Herr. Matschenz widened his audience when he appeared alongside Andrew Buchan, Brian Cox, Ken Duken, Lindsay Duncan, and Thomas Kretschmann in the British miniseries The Sinking of the Laconia (2010). Fans dreaming of this skinematic seaman had their prayers answered (and their sails hoisted) when Jacob flashed his ass in Jack (2014). If that’s not arousing enough, the skintastic actor went full frontal! By 2017, the topless hottie sizzled when he donned bathing trunks on the boardwalk in Babylon Berlin. Danke schoen!
